Ingredients

  • 2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp rosehip powder
  • 1 tsp barley grass powder
  • 1 tsp ashwaganda powder
  • 4 drops oil (pepper oil, CBD)
  • some liquid (plant-based milk, orange juice, water) to your liking

Instructions

  • Put the ingredients in a glass.
  • Add a tiny bit of liquid to the powders and mix until it becomes a thick paste.
  • Fill up the glass to your liking and stir thoroughly.
  • Drink up!
